Christmas is coming soon, O what wonderful joy!
The Savior of our world was a newborn baby boy!
To Bethlehem of Judea they both by edict came —
Mary and Joseph to give the Son of God His name,
It was Jesus the Christ that we of faith love.
He left His glorious heavenly estate ’twas His home above.
He came to an earth originally created by and for Him.
To announce forgiveness to all people of their sin.
He was Son of God, Teacher, Healer, Priest and Savior too!
He loved us so, His death brought life to me and you!
He taught us all to praise God and how to Him pray.
He showed us He is the Truth, the Life and the Way!
